Which skip size is best for me?
Our icons on the Skip Hire page demonstrate the size of skips next to a silhouette of a person of average height. We also include brief descriptions about the typical contents for each skip size. If you have any further questions then please contact us and we will advise you on the best skip for your type of waste.
Do I need permission from the council to put my skip on a road or public highway?
Yes, we can help to arrange this. If the skip is kept off of the road (such as on your driveway), then you do not require a permit.
When will I receive my skip?
We can offer same day delivery in some cases. However, if you know in advance we recommend that you call us in plenty of time to arrange a drop-off date and time, especially if you require on over the weekend.
When will you collect the skip?
Either you can arrange a collection date with us upon order or you can call us when you are ready for pick-up. Please be aware that during busy periods, collections may take up to 3 working days from the date booked onto be completed. We also offer a wait and load service so we can deliver and take your skip away on the same day!
What do your skip hire prices include?
Our prices are fully inclusive of delivery, collection and licensed waste disposal.
What am I not allowed to put in to the skip that I hire?
We are unable to take Electrical Items, Hazardous Waste and mixed plasterboard. We will also give a full list of items upon delivery of your skip which can be found on the back of the ticket.
What happens to my waste?
We dispose of your waste at our licensed waste transfer station in Swindon. We sort and recycle all of our waste where possible.
Are you licensed to carry my waste?
Yes.
